Week 12: catch up

let me start off by saying that I'm so sorry I haven't been around to update, but life's been kind of a whirlwind since I got back from being with the family. Some exciting news that I have to share though is I am walking in my school's commencement next month and I only have 5 more units left until I can really call myself a graduate! I've already registered for my classes and I'm excited because they're both online. Goodbye, annoying $300 parking permit fee.

Right before I sat down to update you all on my life, I was testing out all of the new and unused makeup that I have sitting on my vanity/dresser. It's not really a vanity, but it is a fully functioning dresser. It's the second dresser I have in my room, because I own too many clothes. But on that note, I was in the midst of watching youtube videos on skincare and beauty and decided to make use of my time and get my glow on. I threw on a mask, and now I have an overnight cream on, so we'll see how it goes. I'm probably going to not stick to a regime, even if I write below, so I'm going to write it down below.

mornings:
  • wash with laneige face scrub/wash
  • towel dry/air dry
  • use toner to even out pH levels
  • use essence to moisturize face
  • spray with mario badescu rose water
evenings (try to do a half hour before going to bed):
  • remove makeup with micellar water & simple makeup wipes
  • wash with laneige face scrub/wash
  • towel dry/air dry
  • (2x a week) apply biorace pore tightening pearl clay mask - leave on for only 10 minutes & rinse off
  • use toner to even out pH level
  • clark's botanicals retinol rescue overnight cream** SKIP IF GOING TO USE RETINOL SERUM
  • mix vitamin c serum with moisturizer - apply to face and neck
  • use retinol serum (your face will feel gloopy but very moisturized)
------
Also another update: I'm (probably) moving in with my boyfriend into his college apartment in September!!! We've been together for like, 7 years and this is something we've talked about doing for a couple of years now. It's very exciting and I'm ready for it. I wish I had more to say but I really can't say too much other than school's been happening, graduation is happening, more school will happen, and then I will continue to search for a full-time job since that seems to be next on the to-do list!

I'll be back very soon with more updates and more feelings about school whenever I decide to come back here. Probably will be next Saturday. Probably. Maybe.
